To date, nearly a million dollars has been raised through donations from individuals, corporations, foundations, and civic organizations. In addition, the 4 on the 4th Road Race — a 4-mile running/walking race held every year on the 4th of July — is a major fundraiser for Pathways For Keene.
TRANSPORTATION HERITAGE TRAIL
Help fund the Transportation Heritage Trail
In addition to individual donations, we are seeking public and private regional, state, and national grants for this $2-million project that will recycle three bridges, bringing them into alignment with current safety measures and placing them along a quarter-mile pathway for bicycles, pedestrians, and runners.

The vast majority of Pathways for Keene's budget has come from contributions from individuals and organizations. You can have faith that your contribution will go directly to building the network of trails in Keene, as our organization is composed solely of volunteers.
Past contributions have always been leveraged with funding at the federal, state, and city levels of government.
